WHAT: The Washburn University Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble will present their spring concert Sunday, Feb. 23 in White Concert Hall. They will be performing music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Rachel Whelan, Georges Bizet, Richard Strauss, Percy Grainger, Frank Tichelli, James Stephenson, and Chen Yi. This concert is free and open to the public.
