Topeka, Kan. – The Washburn University Office of Student Involvement and Development will host a reception honoring WU’s Who of Washburn recipients. The event starts at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 28 in the Washburn room in the Memorial Union on the Washburn University campus.
WU’s Who at Washburn recognizes students who perform well academically, are engaged in campus life, are actively involved in community service and show leadership initiative. These students are nominated by Washburn University faculty or staff.
“These students illustrate what it means to live Washburn’s values, they are truly creating a positive impact on our campus and Topeka communities as they work to achieve their academic goals,” said Dr. Eric Grospitch, vice president of Student Life, Washburn. “I couldn’t be prouder to call each of them an Ichabod.”
