Rita Blitt Gallery temporarily closed for repairs

    Topeka, Kan. - The Rita Blitt Gallery on the Washburn University campus will be temporarily closed for maintenance. Gallery floors sustained water damage when a faulty valve gave way. Digital exhibitions of artworks from the Rita Blitt Archival Collection are available on the Mulvane Art Museum website. The public should check the Mulvane’s website or social media pages for updates on completion of the maintenance and reopening the gallery.

    The Mulvane Art Museum galleries on the Washburn University campus are open to the public Tuesdays, 12 – 7 p.m.; Wednesdays through Fridays, 12 – 5 p.m.; and Saturdays, 12 – 4 p.m.
