Rita Blitt Gallery Closed August 31 Through Mid-December

     Topeka, Kan. - The Rita Blitt Gallery on the Washburn University campus will be closed Aug. 31 through approximately mid-Dec. for maintenance. During this time, the HVAC system will be replaced, and further updates will be made to the flooring.

     Washburn University’s Mulvane Art Museum will continue to be open and operate as normal, with several exciting exhibitions and events occurring throughout the fall, including the “In This Place: American Land,” “Around the Way Folk: Saints in Uncommon Places,” and “DoPiKa: Reinstate” exhibitions.

     The Mulvane Art Museum galleries are open to the public 12 – 7 p.m. on Tuesdays; 12 – 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays; and 12 – 4 p.m. Saturdays. Visit www.mulvaneartmuseum.org for more information on all Mulvane Art Museum exhibitions and events.
