Washburn Tech Announces 2026 National Technical Honor Society Inductees

Topeka, Kan. – Washburn University Institute of Technology (Washburn Tech) proudly announces the induction of 102 students into the National Technical Honor Society, the nation’s premier recognition program for excellence in career and technical education.

This year’s inductees represent high standards of scholarship, skill, leadership and character across a wide range of career pathways. During the spring induction ceremony at Washburn Tech, students took the NTHS pledge and received formal recognition for their achievements.

The National Technical Honor Society recognizes students who excel in career and technical education and encourages high levels of student achievement. To qualify for NTHS, students must demonstrate high academic achievement, outstanding attendance, strong citizenship and leadership qualities. Membership often opens additional career and scholarship opportunities for Washburn Tech students. Nominees also must complete their program at the end of the current semester.
